...no judgment, criticism, or cynicism here...

Technically, it's just another regular day. But today, I have decided that I am going to conjure up and store all the crackpot ideas in a place other than my head. Hence, the birth of the Rough Copy.

Folks, Rough Copy is a notebook that has the capability of holding thoughts and ideas that would otherwise come and go. Without the Rough Copy, some of these thoughts would die prematurely- that is without even taking up forms.

Some ideas are so complex that the brain cannot articulate them; Rough copy understands that problem. She doesn't seek out logic or sense in her inhabitants. From Love notes to suicide notes, scribbles to doodles, the Rough Copy will house everything- there's no discrimination here. And, most importantly, the content in the Rough Copy are, more often than not, first drafts-raw and unabridged.

Finally, she is an abyss for words, so there is no need for frugality. There is no recession here, it's always a boom in this room. So I shall write away...

Someday...

Year: 20XX

Downtown is a bustling, vibrant part of the town that is Hetauda. The Rapti River, that runs through Northern Makwanpur District and flows southwards passing the Chitwan National Park eventually ending up in the Narayani, runs right alongside. The vast lands on the southern side of the river will house the buildings, bars, stores, and what not. While downtown Hetauda gleams with the sparkling river alongside it, the rest of the country passes by, stupefied, as they travel down the east-west highway...

  1. don't forget HeKa RailRoad, dood. It will be a superfast train line, connecting Hetauda with Kathmandu. Passengers can get from Hetauda Central Station to Kathmandu's Union Station in about 18 minutes or so. Hetauda's Central Station will be the main junction for trains all over Terai and will therefore connect Terai (and thus India) with Kathmandu and the hilly region. Kathmandu's Union Station will serve as the main connecting point between Hetauda's Central Station and other hilly areas.

I've already worked this out and HeKa Railroad is featured in my epic nepali upanyas. The protagonist gets off at the Pharping Station instead of Union Station (located nearby Sundhara). Futuristic shit in my upanyas.

  2. Oh yes, the railroad. Downtown would not be complete without it. I will include that in my layout design of downtown which will happen soon as I find the appropriate software.
